Hi Emily, I would start by trying to bump up the (optional) citric acid in this recipe to 1/2 teaspoon rather than 1/4 teaspoon, and see if that gives you the flavor you're looking for. Another option would be to add some of our Instant Sourdough Flavor, which can be used a bit more generously than citric acid.
