Just made a batch. We're talking sticky dough! Had to oil my hands but it didn't harm the results. I made 12 from this 16 recipe, came out gorgeous 4 inches plus and an inch high. I added 4 T of DIY enhancer in the flour total, the rest carefully measured.
I'm now using KA flour exclusively and having fun with some of your recipes; made your Italian bread a couple days ago; super.
