Hi Mary, you'll be able to determine the weight of each ball when you have your complete mass of dough. Weigh the full amount of dough and divide that weight by 16 for the weight of each individual ball. You could add up the weight of the ingredients for a rough estimate, but some small amount of dough always winds up stuck to a bowl somewhere along the way and that weight changes a little, so it's more accurate to weigh what you actually have in your bowl before dividing.
