I found this KA recipe to be easy and I couldn't believe how great they looked. Better than anything I have ever seen from a store. I thought the cooking on the griddle would be difficult but they move around very easily and you can stand over them and get them done perfectly. The dough is sticky but I kept a bowl of farina on the counter so I could keep my hands floured. I think this would be an excellent recipe to introduce someone to baking. Every kitchen should have a cast iron griddle or large fry pan. They are cheap and easy to care for - lots of information on line on how to keep a good non-stick surface on them.
