Since tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, I'm finally going to try these, but I'd like to let the dough rest in the refrigerator overnight. When I take it out of the fridge, do I leave it at room temperature for a while or do I form the muffins and expect them to take a little longer than 20 minutes to puff up? Also, while I plan to follow the recipe exactly this time, except may sub some WWW, could you substitute buttermilk for the milk without making any other changes to the recipe? Thanks, Carol
