I don't have a stand mixer or a bread maker. Do you think I could use the beaters meant for kneading bread with my hand mixer instead? You'd need to watch this very carefully to be sure the dough doesn't climb up the beater or dough hook into the hand mixer, or choose another recipe for English muffins from our website!
