The dough was a little tricky to deal with as I do everything by hand, but apparently I did ok because these were awesome! I made the dough the night before and let it rise in the fridge for about 12 hours. I used an electric griddle set to 350, cooked the muffins for about 7 minutes a side and put them in a 350 oven for 8 minutes. I was so tickled with how they actually looked like English muffins. My friend wondered why I was bringing her a random bag of them before I said I had made them myself. Everyone was impressed! Good for you, taking the leap. Now, how will you ever go back to store-bought? The answer is ... you won't have to! Enjoy! ~ MaryJane
