Having piping hot English Muffins ready on a Sunday morning for my wife when she wakes up is always a good way to start the day :) I'm wondering about putting the dough together the night before and letting it rise in the fridge. I'd think I'd reduce the yeast to around 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon? What do you think? Any other tweaks you'd make? The dough can rest in the fridge overnight, but you will not need to adjust the yeast amount. ~Amy
