I love this banana bread,( I just discovered your site)on draining the bananas after freezing. Do not ues the liquid just the bananas drained.I am new at the GF cooking I will get better. All your measurements are in oz's and cups not by grams. Thank You Teri Teri, the measurements are available in grams on the recipe page here. ~Amy
