How did I miss the original post? My husband & I both went to Pitt and were lucky enough to be regulars at Pamela's while we studied in the 'burgh. We have since moved away from the city & make sure to travel back at least twice a year. We were just there this weekend and enjoyed the best breakfast ever! Maybe it's because we miss it so much when we are away... We love the crepe style pancakes-- I enjoy mine plain with just a touch of syrup. Our daughters (ages7,5,& 3) enjoy just a sprinkle of chocolate chips.So good! I am going to try this recipe soon! You must get to Pittsburgh sometime--so much food to enjoy!! My favorite dessert is Prantl's Bakery's light as air whipped cheese cake. We ALWAYS make sure to pack a cooler with us to bring one home! If you could replicate that recipe, I would be SUPER happy!
