I doubled my batch and it was divine!! My recipe findings: Freezing: I wouldn't recommend. Use another recipe. Substitute White whole wheat flour: Works! Substitute applesauce for oil: Works! But add with the eggs instead of leaving sit out. We appreciate the feedback! Thanks so much! Kim@KAF
