I left Pittsburgh 11 years ago and still long for Pamela's pancakes. And the homefries - I've never been able to replicate their homefries. Anybody else had any luck? Thank you so much for this post! I wonder what makes their home fries special, Mary? I see from the menu that they're potatoes lyonnaise - which are simply cookies, sliced, potatoes fried with onions. Can you shed any light on how they might differ from other fried potatoes? Thanks - PJH
