Could I use active dry yeast instead of instant? I always use ADY and have a lot of it, so I don’t want to buy instant for one recipe. I’m assuming it will just take longer to proof/rise? I really want to try these. I buy them by the dozen at Einstein Bros and I would love to make my own! Thanks. P.S. I only use KA flour, too!
