Thanks I'm trying to get the intense cheese taste of the bagel in a loaf form. I tried 5 oz. of grated Asiago in a 1 1/2-2 pound loaf, but it was too subtle. I'll check out the bread recipe (It has less cheese than I tried. Interesting). Many thanks.
