We haven't tried baking this recipe as a loaf, as we love the way the water bath gives the individual bagels a classic taste (which wouldn't be possible with a loaf). However, if you'd like to give it a try, we recommend using a 9" by 5" pan and baking at 375°F for 25-30 minutes. We also have a recipe for Polenta Asiago Cheese Bread, which is designed to be baked as a loaf so you may have better results with this. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
