I made these this week--I'd had the non-diastatic malt powder for awhile and never used it. They were much easier to make than I anticipated. What a treat these were. Thanks for your clear directions. I followed the recipe except for getting sidetracked and letting the starter stand an extra day which didn't seem to have caused a problem.
