This was wonderful. The only change I made, don't we all like to 'mess with the recipe', was to add about 2tsp of pureed Hatch chiles. Yes, that was spicy, and yes, that's how my husband likes his food! Sounds like a great addition to me! I love a spicy kick to my chicken soups, too! ~Kim@KAF
