To Patricia Swanson, you're looking at the blog instructions, not the main recipe site. The recipe has been changed since originally posted to include ALL the yeast be added to the soaker. The directions you're seeing in the blog (this site) have this erroneous remnant bit of instructions to add additional yeast during the final mixing. Ignore it.
