Hi Type A! After combing through the recipe for the sentence you copy and pasted I only found this matching one:  "Let it rest 15 minutes, then knead in the cherries, chocolate chips, and pecans." Perhaps if the yeast was accidentally included in this step, it has since been removed? Thanks for your feedback and happy baking!
