Hello. I am preparing to make this loaf for the first time. I have read all the comments. My question: in the recipe, many ingredients are mixed and covered for overnight rise. That includes yeast. Then, in the part on adding cherries, nuts, and chocolate, it also says to add yeast. What? More yeast than the original? How much? Why? And while I am here, How can I make this recipe into a sour dough version? I have been having great success with sour dough for a few months. Thank you.
