Prep the pan or dutch oven??? Get a sheet of parchment paper and fold or cut so the sides overlap. No butter or sprays needed and No sticking !! I even use it in the 9" by 13" pan for brownies. Parchment paper, best thing since sliced bread or indoor plumbing.
