Mmmmm...Baked this today. I was SO excited! Only to turn it out of my Le Crueset dutch oven to find a very black bottom. I wish I had read the comments all the way to the bottom. I actually baked it 15 minutes after removing the lid and the inside was up to 202 degrees F so I thought I was good to go. I'll cut the bottom off this time. Next time I'll make sure I move it to a higher rack and place a baking sheet under it!
