I just served a loaf to my co-workers for Donut Friday and it was a big hit. Even with a friend who usually skips DF because he eats very little sugar in his diet. He had 2 slices! It came out just as I hoped. I used a spring form cake pan and covered it with a ceramic bowl made by a local artists. I figured the good juju from the artist's bowl would add to the bread.It worked like a charm! I always bake with a pizza stone on the lowest rack because I think it helps to keep things from burning on the bottom. My loaves had perfect bottoms :-) Thanks for posting the updated recipe, PJ.
