I am making this as we speak. I'm on the second rise, but I don't think I'm getting the rise that I should be. Maybe I'm not used to seeing bread look like this, but I think something has gone awry. Maybe my house is too cold! It could be the temperature or your first rise may have gone too long which could also lead to a weaker second rise. ~Amy
