Hi Cathy, we're sorry this recipe caused so much confusion, and hope your cheesecake stilled turned out delicious. We wonder if you found the link to the recipe page, which might be easier to follow? It is definitely a different style of cheesecake, since the crust is really more of a cake that is baked first before you add the cheesecake filling and bake again.
