I have prepared and eaten cheesecake as per your suggestion, my guests and I loved both. The Difference? The classic cheesecake was perfect with a great fruit topping, the patre sucre version had a more sophistcated flavor, perfect with or without the whipped cream topping, and served with a cup of espresso or great coffee.
