Jennie, thanks so much for this valuable feedback - so much detail makes it useful for others wanting to try the same thing. And yes, we need to change the name of the hamburger bun pan - or keep it as a hamburger bun pan, but also sell it as a "mini dessert" pan, something of that nature- it makes lovely little pies and cakes, and now we know t's perfect for sheesecake, too.
