I made this cake last night for a party. When i served it everyone thought i bought it - they were amazed with the flavor and texture. It is the creamiest cheesecake I have ever made. I was born and raised in Brooklyn and am very familiar with Junior's cheesecake - this is better. This recipe now replaces all others. Wow, so happy to hear that - score one for you and KA!
