For ZANNE4848...For a pineapple filling, I have mixed a small jar of pineapple preserves with a small, drained can of unsweetened, crushed pineapple and spread it over a typical graham cracker crust. It's not overly sweet and holds together nicely, not runny at all. Thanks so much for connecting here - I'm sure Zanne will appreciate this. Sounds delicious! PJH
