I made a recipe similar to this but used Andes baking chips along with the Callebaut semi-sweet chips that I ordered from KA. After adding the sweetened condensed milk I added 2 tsp of hazelnut oil. While the fudge is setting up nicely in the refrigerator, crush hazelnut into pieces (any texture you desire) Before slicing, sprinkle the hazelnut pieces on the fudge. If you like Ferrero Rocher you will love this recipe.
