Hi Eric, because everyone's oven is a little different, and because this recipe calls for using either sourdough discard or ripe/fed starter (which can vary quite a bit in consistency), the overall baking time may also vary. If you've baked this recipe successfully twice, I would stick with the baking time that works best for you.
