You could definitely give it a go, Linda. Popovers are lots of fun, and a great way to experiment, but they are a little touchy sometimes. The most important things to remember are to make sure ALL of your ingredients are the same temperature (room temp is fine), and that your batter is well mixed. So what you do in between is up to you. We LOVE popovers, and have written a lot of articles about the best ways to bake them up perfect. From dealing with the art and science of the process, to never-fail tips, and achieving perfection. So have a read of some of those, and have fun! We wish you all the best, and hope you let us know how they pop up. Happy baking!
