Mine did not pop very much...and as a result were very dense. I did warm the milk but my eggs and spent starter were right out of the fridge. I am guess that is why...too cold? I am at altitude and I did see some adjustments in another comment so that could be a reason as well. If there could be another possible reason, I'd love to hear it. Thanks.
