Hi Alex, one of the recipe reviews from a baker also in Denver made the following adjustments: "extra two tablespoons of flour, 2 extra tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of milk. Baked at a slightly higher temp for 20 minutes. I also didn't have milk and substituted 1 oz heavy cream with 7 ounces water to make "milk" and it still turned out great." Though we have not tried that modification, (Norwich, Vermont is at 531'), it sounds like good advice. We also have an article on High-Altitude Baking that you may find helpful. Happy baking!
