I'd like to do this concept but in a dinner/slider roll concept. I'm fine with all of the dried herbs, but how do I compensate for the extra moisture in the onions. Of course, they could be caramelised, however, then there would be a bit of extra fat.
Unfortunately my baking skills are not as advanced as I need them to be!
