Hi Mary, do you mean you'd like to pour this batter recipe into a loaf pan to make a loaf of gluten-free sourdough English muffin bread? That's an interesting idea that we haven't tried. You're welcome to give it a go, it might take a long time to bake. There's also a tip at the bottom of our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe about adding sourdough to it.
