Excellent! Delicious! They turned out great. For the cup of starter, I used half a cup of fresh, ripe, sorghum-buckwheat-brown rice 115% hydration starter, and half a cup of "leftover starter" from the fridge (the part I remove when feeding the starter).
I'd be curious to know what is the hydration % of your starter (by weight).
