Hi Amber, we're sorry to hear you had difficulty with this scone dough being too wet! If you happened to use another brand of all-purpose flour to mix your dough this could have contributed to your wetter dough because other brands of flour aren't as high in protein as our flour and also won't absorb as much liquid.
