When you make these big bake sale size cookies, what size (diameter) scoop do you use? Do you flatten the mounds before baking? Thanks! Hi Julia, We use a jumbo scoop, size # 30 and flatten the cookies just a bit before baking. Hope this helps. ~ MaryJane
