Hi Momzie, typically we recommend using mashed potatoes that are just plain, unseasoned mashed potatoes. If you do have other ingredients added to your mashed potatoes, try to account for that by adjusting the other ingredients that are added to the dough. (You might consider leaving out the butter entirely and reducing the milk by 1 to 2 tablespoons.) As for the mayo, it'll likely just make your bread extra rich and delicious.
