Any cooked meat shouldn't be left at room temperature for a long period of time. I would say after several hours, the bread should be stored in the freezer. Although, this type of bread is so moist, perhaps refrigeration will not be an issue as typically, refrigeration dries out bread. The tradition in my husband's family is to make oyster stuffing.
