I'm pretty sure I know the answer,but just in case... My family would freak out if I put a raisin,cranberry or anything in my rolls. Can I just leave them out? Sure thing, Sue - I understand traditionalists! These make a lovely "plain" pumpkin roll, so go right ahead. PJH
