Yes, I Did the same.. and it took a bit of extra mixing to smooth it out, but worked fine. Btw, I did the muffin variety as I didn’t have a donut pan.. mini muffin pan held about 1/8 c . Came out fabulously. Had to bake for about 12-14 minutes. Butter before the cinnamon rolling was a great idea. With the cinnamon sugar roll these remind me a bit of mini coffee cake texture and taste, or is it my imgination. I will definitely do this r3ce agai;
