Jojo, you could certainly give it a try, but since this is a batter, rather than a dough, we think the rounded portions are likely to just spread out on the pan. As an alternative, we'd suggest making the original version of this recipe, Doughnut Muffins, in a standard muffin pan. Happy baking! Mollie@KAF
