Hi Clarice, the recipe page for the Fresh Apple Cinnamon Scones indicates that the scones will last up to several days at room temperature (when wrapped in plastic), and also offers this tip for reheating: "To reheat room-temperature scones, place on a baking sheet, tent lightly with foil, and warm in a preheated 350°F oven for about 10 minutes." You might also consider making a half recipe.
