Hi Jenny! For best results, we would suggest making and shaping the dough and then freezing the scones overnight. The next morning once your oven is preheated, just pop the scones onto a baking sheet and bake them while they're still frozen. This helps to ensure that your butter layers don't melt and you get nice flaky scones! Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
