Hi June, sparkling sugar is a kind of coarse, white sugar that we like to use to garnish baked goods. It adds a bit of sparkle, crunch, and sweetness. It's available on our website here. Cinnamon chips used to be a product that we sold, but we're now replaced them with something we're just as excited about: Cinnamon Sweet Bits.
