Hey PJ, you're not the only forgetful one. Many a time I've had company over and only at the end of the meal realize that one dish never made it to the table! :-O. It's become a family joke! I now make a list of what I'm serving and check it off as it hits the table! Lists are a huge part of my day, Margy - too bad I just got too distracted by all the company! :) PJH
