Since you can freeze them, can I take out only a few at a time to bake? Apple crop in Michigan didn't do so good due to early spring like weather in March which brought the blooms and than they froze, so apples are expensive here. Simple answer is Yes! You can freeze scones up to 3 months (unbaked) and then bake at will in any amount that meets your needs! Happy Baking! Irene @ KAF
