1 - Can I substitute the KAF Gluten Free flour? 2 - Also, cookie recipes usually state Quick Oats. This recipe states either Quick Oats OR Old Fashioned Oats can be used here. I just want to double check that either can be used. These sound yummy; but I've recently found I have to avoid gluten. This is making baking a challenge for something my family will like, too.
